We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that have not been returned to us beforehand will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom goods (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have and once the return has been accepted, purchase a new item separately.
EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Warranty:
All inverters and batteries must be installed by a qualified wireman or master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour. Once the installation is complete, a valid Electrical Certificate of Compliance (COC) must be issued that is specific to the installation of the back-up or solar system. The installation must comply with SANS 10142 and all its parts. Any warranty claim that does not include photos of the installation, a valid COC and proof of installation by a qualified wireman/master electrician will be rejected and will render the warranty claim void. Please note that repairs may take 2-3 weeks.
WARNING:
Battery performance will be severely damaged by multiple charging and discharging cycles per day. Please note the limitations of each battery technology:
Lead acid batteries can only be discharged to a maximum of 50% before irreversible damage occurs.
Gel lead batteries can typically be discharged to a maximum of 50% before irreversible damage occurs.
Lithium batteries can be fully discharged if protected by a battery management system.
Due to the limitations listed above, battery capacity loss is not covered under warranty.

Refunds:
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and get it to your account. Please note that if you wish to refund the item if it is not faulty, a 10% surcharge will be charged and the courier charges are at your own expense.
