Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you received the item to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unopened or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are not returned to us in advance will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return your existing item and purchase the new item separately once your return has been accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period.
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return the item for any reason within 14 days without providing any valid reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and return the money to your account. If you request a refund if the item is not defective, we will charge a 10% surcharge and cover the courier costs.
